台湾义守大学：南台湾的医疗与科技综合大学
义守大学创立于1986年，由义联集团创办人林义守先生投资设立，前身为「高雄工学院」，1997年改制为大学，是台湾少数由企业集团创办且兼具医学中心的综合大学。校园座落于高雄市观音山麓，占地达60公顷，以星际大战风格的银色流线建筑群闻名，校内设有全台唯一的「星际学院」主题教学区与医学模拟中心，展现科技与人文交融的独特风格。
As the only university in Taiwan with an integrated medical center (I-Shou University Hospital), it pioneered "Industry-Academia-Medicine" triple helix model. The campus features a designated ASEAN Quarter housing 2,000 international students and a simulated hospital with AI patient robots. Its unique "Steel Technology Program" partners with China Steel Corporation for real-time metallurgy data analysis, while the medical school utilizes extended reality for surgical training.

The university's "Medical Innovation Park" develops assistive devices with Germany's Fraunhofer Institute, while its entertainment management program collaborates with Universal Studios Japan for experiential learning. All engineering students must obtain Level II certification in non-destructive testing, and medical students complete rotations in Southeast Asian hospitals. The annual "Asia Steel Forum" attracts participants from POSCO (Korea) and Nippon Steel (Japan).
