🚍 Campus Transportation & Public Bus Network

The University of Macau (UM) Hengqin Campus offers convenient internal transportation, including visitor parking areas and a campus shuttle bus service that connects various buildings within the university .

The campus is well-connected to the wider Macau area by public buses. Currently, five main public bus routes serve the UM area: 71, 72, 73, the special branch 71S, and the night bus N6 . Key services include the 72 circular route, which links 33 stops on campus with Taipa's residential areas, costing only MOP1.5 with a student card and operating from 06:00 to 00:15 . The 73 route connects UM to the Areia Preta district on the Macau Peninsula, with services running every 8-12 minutes on average until 00:10 .

For night travel, the N6 overnight shuttle bus provides a free service from 00:00 to 06:40 at 40-minute intervals, exclusively for UM students and staff upon presentation of their campus card. The "Hengqin Hao" cross-border shuttle continues to offer free commuting services for UM students residing in Hengqin in 5. It provides 12 direct trips to the UM campus, and passengers can request new stops via the "Hengqin Online" WeChat account, enabling point-to-point service from residential areas/innovation bases in Hengqin to the UM campus, saving nearly an hour compared to regular routes .

Furthermore, the UM-Hengqin Port Channel Bridge, completed on July 31, 3, spans approximately 808 meters and features dual one-way vehicle lanes and a covered pedestrian walkway .
